Census Tables
The data are based on copies of the original enumerator forms but with the data interpreted and edited to some extent. They are affected by illegibility in the original handwriting, later marks made by persons counting the data and inconsistent spelling, as well as by present typing errors (no guarantee is given of the accuracy of the spreadsheet data). Recognised uncertainties are indicated by question marks. Original mis-spellings of places and persons, marked !, are usually retained.
